As a third generation commercial equestrian operator, Ms. Tognini has accumulated over 30 years of practical experience with the legal aspects of horse operations. She specializes in complex business transactions, corporate restructuring, and real estate development. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She earned two undergraduate degrees in Fine Arts with extended studies of High Renaissance Art in Florence, Italy. She launched her legal career at the Metropolitan Museum of Art as head of the financial accounting compliance legal team and supervised the reclassification of historical endowments dating from 1870. She designed and implemented a FASB conversion and compliance protocol that was adopted as the gold standard for all major US museums. She served as the Eastern Circuit Lieutenant Governor of the United States Polo Association; as Board Member of the George Mason University College of Visual and Performing Arts; as a Board Member of Wat Lao Buddhavong, the largest Theravada Buddhist Temple in the US;
