As a third generation commercial equestrian operator, Ms. Tognini has accumulated over 30 years of practical experience with the legal aspects of horse operations. Mr. Wash has 36 years of expertise as a litigator with an emphasis on commercial law, tort, intellectual property, complex business transactions, and maritime law.
Mr. Wash received a B.A. degree from the Washington and Lee University in and his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond’s TC Williams School of Law .
Mr. Wash was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986. Mr. Wash began his career as a trademark attorney with the United States Department of Commerce, with a focus on international trademarks.

Mr. Kellogg has expertise derived from over 35 years of legal experience concerning estate and gift taxation, individual taxation, corporate taxation, trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, fiduciary litigation, tax litigation, business law and commercial transactions.
Mr. Kellogg received his B.A. degree from the University of Florida in 1969 and his Juris Doctor in 1972. He received his Master of Law and Taxation Degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1981.
Mr. Kellogg was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1972 and to numerous bars in subsequent years, including the U.S. District Courts for the District of Maryland (1981), Eastern District of Virginia (1983), Western District of Virginia (1989) and the District of Columbia (1986), as well as the U.S. Tax Court (1984), U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit (1986), U.S. Supreme Court (1986), U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Virginia (1987) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (1995).
Mr. Kellogg's diverse background in law began as an Attorney and Program Analyst for the Internal Revenue Service District and National Offices from 1972 to 1984. During this time (1978 – 1980), he was also a Lecturer for the International School of Law. He taught classes as an Adjunct and Associate Professor of Law at George Mason University School of Law from 1980 through 1986 and has taught C.L.E. Seminars on Tax and Probate Law.

Mr. McCarthy has over 25 years of experience litigating civil, criminal, and administrative law matters. Highlights of his litigation career include prevailing in one of the Virginia’s first ethnic harassment cases, and the successful appeal of a Board of Dentistry ruling.
Mr. McCarthy received his B.A. degree from University of Virginia in 1990, and a Master of Fine Arts at Goddard College in Vermont. He earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University Antonin Scalia School of Law in 2004, where he also served as Editor of the GMU Civil Rights Law Journal.
Mr. McCarthy’s litigation accomplishments have been featured twice on as a cover story in Virginia Lawyers Weekly and his article, "The Lost Futures of Lead-Poisoned Children: Race-Based Damage Awards and the Limits of Constitutionality," was published in the GMU Law Civil Rights Law Journal. He taught undergraduate English at George Mason University and published a novel about a rural Appalachian couple facing the loss of an unborn son. Mr. McCarthy is an advocate and supporter of victims of domestic abuse.
His professional memberships include the Virginia State Bar, the Culpeper County Bar and Fauquier County Bar. Mr. McCarthy is admitted to practice before the Virginia State Appellate Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals.
